Princess Beatriz of the Netherlands has shown the love and affection she feels for her granddaughters, the princesses Amalia, Alexia and Ariane, daughters of King Guillermo and Máxima. The former monarch has decided to dust off her dressing room with a bag printed with an image of the three girls when they were children. It is a large accessory, shopper type , with which she appeared when she arrived at the Royal Palace in Amsterdam to attend a gala dinner in honor of the diplomatic corps.
Princess Beatrice’s bag is not new and it seems that she gets a lot of use out of it, as the print is already a bit worn, especially for her travels, as it is a suitable size for hand luggage. It is not the first time that we see it since she premiered it in 2016. Her three granddaughters appear in them with summer clothes and sportswear on a white background. The handles and the support are in leather.
King William’s mother ‘copied’ another royal ‘s idea of carrying some of her loved ones in her bag. Three years earlier, in the summer of 2013, Queen Sofía was seen in Mallorca with a similar bag, with a sky blue bottom and handles and white sides with the portraits of her eight grandchildren: Princess Leonor, Infanta Sofía, Felpe and Victoria de Marichalar and Juan, Pablo, Miguel and Irene Urdangarin.
There are many royal ladies who wink at their relatives with the choice of their accessories, Doña Sofía herself wore in December 2020, during a meeting of the Foundation that bears her name, a necklace with eleven plates, each with the initial of one of his grandchildren or his three children, one more example of the special affection he feels for all of them.
The Duchess of Cambridge has appeared on some occasions with a necklace with three medallions with the letters G, C and L, corresponding to the initials of George, Charlotte and Louis, the names of her three children. It is a piece from the firm Spells of Love whose price is 92.55 euros and is made of silver with an 18-carat gold plating.
