There were many rumors surrounding the standardized version of the edge 30 series , but today Motorola finally announced its new offspring, the moto edge 30 . A mid-range device that comes to complete the family, and it does so with a design that follows the same line as its older brother, the edge 30 pro , but with slightly limited specifications.
This model comes with 5G connectivity , with a slimmer body and, in addition, it has a high-quality screen, as well as two 50-megapixel cameras on the back, all for a very competitive price.
Motorola moto edge 30 comes with a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, with support for 10-bit color depth, DCI-P3 color range, 144Hz refresh rate, and can display HDR10+ content. Its panel has compact bezels and there is a small hole at the top, which is where the camera sits.
The hardware of the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ processor , which is a chip for mid-high range phones. The piece of silicon is accompanied by 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
In the photographic section we find a main sensor of 50 megapixels. This lens has optical image stabilization and All-Pixel Focus technology, for faster and more precise focusing. It also has a secondary 50-megapixel wide-angle sensor that can take photos at an angle of 114 degrees, and the depth camera is 2-megapixel. The front camera is 32 megapixels.

Motorola has confirmed that the moto edge 30 with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage will be available from May 2 for a price of 449.99 euros, about 480 dollars. It will be sold in Meteor Grey, Aurora Green and Supermoon Silver colors.
