After two completed dates on the 2022 Formula 1 calendar, the Bahrain Grand Prix and the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton, British driver for the Mercedes team and seven-time world champion, occupies fifth position in the world championship with 16 points .

Ahead of the Australian Grand Prix that will take place on Friday 8, Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 April at the Albert Park circuit, and taking advantage of the rest week, Lewis Hamilton practiced skydiving in the Dubai desert which he boasted on his Instagram account.

“I had the best day yesterday. A very ideal way to spend a Sunday. I’ve been skydiving for a couple of years, but naturally during the pandemic, I couldn’t. I got ten jumps and learned something new each time. It’s a great way to clear mind, refocus on next week,” Lewis Hamilton posted  on social media.

In this high-risk activity, Lewis Hamilton was accompanied by his coach at the Mercedes team, Angela Cullen. In each of those 10 sets, the British pilot performed pirouettes and movements.
