Authorities are looking for a man and a woman on charges of lewd acts in public; other attendees of the game between the Athletics and the Seattle Mariners recorded the scene
Police in Oakland released a photo of the couple suspected of engaging in sexual acts at the RingCentral Coliseum on Sunday during the Seattle A’s and Mariners game.
The photo taken from security cameras shows a man wearing a black “The Cure” t-shirt with the name of the song “A Strange Day” and a woman dressed in pink pants and a green t-shirt; They both walk to the stadium.
Images captured later show the female with her head in the man’s genital area in an apparent act of oral sex. Witnesses surprised by the scene recorded the couple.
The capture was taken from the other side of the stadium. However, the horniness could cost them both, as they face charges of lewdness in public. If convicted, they could be sentenced to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
“The Oakland Police Department was not alerted to the incident until after the game and we were informed that the scene cameras did not record footage of the act during the game,” said Candace Keas, the department’s public information officer.
“We have launched an investigation. However, the parties have not been identified and no one has been cited or arrested at this time. The violation is 647(a) PC. Lewd acts in public,” Keas added.
Video of the incident was shared online in the middle of the game in which Oakland beat Seattle.
The couple was virtually isolated in one of the upper bleachers in left field. No other attendees are seen around him.
For that day’s game, few or about 9,000 tickets were sold.
