LG Presents Its New Line of Gram 2022 Laptops

The LG Gram series of laptops have been updated with a new set of models, specifically, there are 7 versions including a 17-inch, 16-inch, 15-inch and 14-inch variant along with two 2-in-1 convertible models as well as a portable monitor to complement and increase productivity.

It is important to mention that all the new models are powered by Intel’s 12th generation processors , which work in conjunction with NvMe Gen4 SSDs and LPDDR5 RAM. These components should provide an increase in performance, the brand claims that it will be 22 percent compared to the models presented last year.

They also feature 16:10 aspect ratio WQXGA IPS panels with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. The displays promise sharp images and high brightness, providing 99 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space.

The Gram 2022 series of laptops incorporate LG Glance by Mirametrix, this is a technology designed to improve the security of those who work remotely and is also present to save battery life, since it automatically locks the screen if the user moves away from their laptop. . As if that were not enough, it is also capable of detecting if a person is looking at the screen over your shoulder.

Similarly, LG has improved the characteristics of the webcam for video calls, while meeting the military durability standard MIL-STD-810G.

Until now, the Korean company has not disclosed exact dates of the availability of its new line of Gram 2022 laptops, but it announced that they will go on sale in the United States, Europe and Asia during the second quarter of this year at a price still unknown, but not to vary too much with the 2021 models.
