August began and Netflix announced what the great releases of the month will be, thus adding a wide variety of films to its catalog.

4. The man in gray

In The Man in Grey, Ryan Gosling stars as the fugitive mercenary and Chris Evans as his psychopathic adversary in this espionage thriller produced by Netflix and AGBO, and directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo. This film, available worldwide from July 22 on Netflix, is in fourth place among the most viewed movies this week.

The cast also includes Ana de Armas, Regé‑Jean Page, Billy Bob Thornton, Jessica Henwick, Dhanush, Wagner Moura and Alfre Woodard. Based on the novel The Gray Man by Mark Greaney, the screenplay is by Joe Russo, Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.

5. Sea monster

A stowaway girl on a legendary monster hunter’s ship embarks on an epic journey across uncharted seas that will make history. This animated film, available to watch as a family, was the fifth most viewed movie this week on Netflix.
