The late actor Bob Saget’s historic mansion in Brentwood, California is still up for grabs on the real estate market but now at a lower cost than it originally was.

This property of the also comedian was put up for sale in June of this year, six months after the death of the star, with a price of $7.8 million dollars and now it has been reduced to $6.9 million dollars.

The decision to lower the cost may be related to the lack of interest in the property, despite the fact that the place belonged to Saget since the 1960s, a decade in which he paid just $2.9 million for it.

Before the mansion was purchased by the star of the ‘Full House’ series, it had been renovated by designer Douglas Busch of Busch Design Build.

The main house of this property has an extension of 6,600 square feet distributed in six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

Despite the fact that Saget owned the place for so long, this mansion has not stood still in time and sports a quite contemporary style. One example is your gourmet kitchen with brown cabinets, gunmetal countertops, center island, and high-end appliances.

The master suite that was the room of the late actor also has several amenities such as a living room, private balcony, dressing room and a spa-like bathroom.

In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for three vehicles and a guest house.

Outside there are extensive green areas with a terrace, swimming pool, spa area and other ideal spaces to share outdoors with family or friends.

It should be remembered that Bob Saget was found dead in a room at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando on January 9. At that time the comedian was in full tour.
